What dishes are made at the vegan baking course and can the other courses ie mince pie, pumpkin pike etc be made suitable for vegans?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know the vegan option will be vegan bread and a vegan brownie or chocolate cake.

For the mince pie and pumpkin pie class, vegan ingredients can be arranged. Just advise Bella's Bakery at the time of booking.

Baking:

Voucher is valid from Tue 24 Sep 2019 until Wed 18 Dec 2019; specific dates only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays and Fri - Sat.

Tuesdays - 24 Sep, 8, 15 Oct, 12, 19 Nov 2019 at 12noon or 6pm and 5, 26 Nov, 3, 10 Dec 2019 at 6pm

Wednesdays - 9, 16 Oct, 18 Dec 2019 at 6pm

Thursdays - 10, 24, 31 Oct, 7, 21, 28 Nov, 5, 12 Dec 2019 at 6pm.

Sundays - 3 Nov at 12noon or 3pm and 1, 8, 15 Dec 2019 at 12noon or 6pm

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 4 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Sourdough pizza:

Voucher is valid from Fri 20 Sep 2019 until Fri 6 Dec 2019, specific Fridays only; subject to availability.

Fridays - 20 Sep, 25 Oct, 1, 15, 29 Nov, 6 Dec 2019 at 6pm

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

One voucher is valid for one class.

Baking: Suitable for over 10s when accompanied with an adult, over 13 without an adult. Max 6 people per class. Cupcakes will be pre-made for cupcake decorating.

Sourdough pizza: Over 18s only. Max 8 people per class.

Classes last between 1 hr 30 mins - 2 hrs and are designed for beginners.

All baking equipment is provided.

Please ensure any dietary requirements (vegan/ vegetarian/ gluten free) are stated at time of booking. Please note there is always chance of cross-contamination, although the bakery is a nut-free bakery.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
