I'm afraid dogs aren't permitted at Riverside Bar & Grill.

Hi I have never bought a voucher before, do I just press buy now and the voucher will be sent to my email box. Also can I print the voucher off as its for a gift. Thank you.

Hi Georgina,

Thanks for getting in touch.

After buying a voucher, you'll be able to gift it by heading to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, Mon - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

2 courses from a set menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
