What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with an optional £30 food & drink voucher, breakfast & late check-out OR 
  • 2, 3, 4 or 5 night stay for two with a £30 food & drink voucher, breakfast each morning & late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Mon 31 Oct 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 10-13, 15, 24-25 & 27-28 May, 4 & 11-12 Oct, 1 Jun - 30 Sep 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 for a scenic room and £20 for a superior scenic view room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Food and drinks allowance options: Includes a £30 allowance to be used against any food menu and drinks; menus are subject to change. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

On site parking available. Please note spaces are limited.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 4 and under stay free, ages 5 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per night including breakfast, ages 13+ are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
