This says valid for 7 days i am wanting to book for 27th June should i wait until a few days beforehand to do this?

Although this voucher can be used all 7 days of the week and you are welcome to make a booking straight away, I'm afraid these vouchers can only actually be used from Sunday 1st August 2021.

Hi,

I am currently abroad and can not call the hotel. Is parking included in this voucher as on the website it says 15 pounds per night? There is no mention of parking in the what to expect.

Hi, can you please confirm if this airport hotel is still open? Looked up their website and it says on google temporary closed. Tried checking the availability of the dates we wanted to book the hotel for and also says those dates are not available. Looking to book the 25th September for one night. Do you have any information? Thanks

The best way to check their availability before buying a voucher, is to contact DoubleTree by Hilton directly on 0131 519 4400, if you try give them a call late morning / early afternoon the hotel will likely be quieter.

Hi, I bought this voucher yesterday. I’ve tried getting in touch with the hotel the past 24hrs and still not gotten through to anyone. I’ve emailed and had no response, messaged in messenger, no response, phone so many times and it just rings and rings! Trying to book it for tomorrow as our flight is at 6am Sunday. There are room available on the website. I just can’t get through to anyone, it’s ridiculous. Can you please help me?

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast, late check-out and optional £40 dinner allowance

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Wed 22 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 27 Oct - 14 Nov 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes £40 dinner allowance. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Includes access to the leisure facilities subject to Government guidelines. Please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under. Under 2s can be accommodated free of charge. 

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
