It says voucher is non refundable, If the hotel is still closed due to COVID will I be able to change the date of my booking?

I can confirm this deal is valid for an overnight stay only but multiple voucher purchases are permitted and can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

To apply your credit at our checkout, select Buy Now. You can then Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows - CODE_CODE - and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

The hotel is asking for my pin no for booking the room

Thanks for getting in touch, although I'm sorry for the trouble here.

I can confirm the PIN should only be provided when using your voucher, and isn't required to make a booking. I've passed this onto our team that works with Mercure Edinburgh Princes Street and asked that they get in touch with them to confirm the process.

You should be able to make your reservation without providing the PIN, but if you have any further issues just email us at support@itison.com with your preferred contact details (ideally a phone number and email address) and I'll ask Mercure Edinburgh Princes Street to contact you asap.

Option 1: Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.

Option 2: Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sun 19 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
