I’m happy to let you know the Sunday stay voucher can be used until Sunday the 29th of March 2020; for Sunday stays only, excluding the 8th of March 2020.

Overnight stay vouchers are valid until Tuesday the 31st of March 2020; Mondays to Saturdays; subject to availability. The voucher excludes Sundays, and the 26th of Oct, the 7th, 30th and 31st of December 2019, the 1st of January 2020, the 7th and the 8th of February and the 7th and 8th of March 2020.

The 2-night stay voucher is valid until Tuesday the 31st of March 2020, 7 days a week; subject to availability. This voucher excludes the 26th of Oct, the 7th, 30th and 31st of December 2019, the 1st of January 2020, the 7th and the 8th of February and the 7th and 8th of March 2020.

Advance booking is required with all options, and vouchers must be booked by Tuesday the 17th of March 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

I can confirm options 1 and 3 are valid for Sunday stays only. Options 2 and 4 are valid Monday - Saturday and option 5 is valid 7 days a week.

Good Morning,
I would like to book the 2 night hotel deal for my mother, then only date she can do is this Monday and Tuesday. I contacted the Hotel to ensure they had rooms. They got back to me to say ITISON have separate availability from the Hotel and she could not check the dates for me. I am hesitant to purchase if I can not book for 2nd & 3rd December, can you help.

2 night stay:
Valid until Wed 30 Dec 2020 7 days; subject to availability.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double deluxe room - £15, king deluxe room - £15; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £12 is required for steak; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Dinner is on the first night only.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
