What happens with COVID and the restrictions of not being able to travel from one tier to the other , by the time I want to use the voucher ?

Hi,I have a credit of £109. I need to pay an extra £20 to get this deal but didn't realise my credit card has expired and I don't have my new one yet. My credit runs out on 30th March, is there another way of paying the extra.

I can confirm you can add another card when you're paying by clicking Use a New Card and this will allow you to pop in details for an alternative card.

Alternatively, you can gift it from your account on our website after purchase. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival, £22pp dinner spend and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Thu 30 Sept 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sept 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

King guest room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - £30 and suite - £70; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 3 courses from the prix fixe menu or a £22pp dinner spend towards the a la carte menu; subject to weekly change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please inform the hotel at time of booking. Max of 4 people per table.

Includes a 175ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 people per room only. Children are permitted when sharing with an adult. Cribs are provided free of charge; subject to availability. Multiple children can be accommodated in interconnecting rooms for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted; service dogs are permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements with hotel.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
