I'm afraid it's sadly not possible to swap the Prosecco for breakfast on the city room option.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a city room with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival OR
  • Overnight stay for two in an upgraded castle view superior room with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival & breakfast OR
  • 2 or 3 night stay for two in an upgraded castle view superior room with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12, 19, 22 Dec 2020, 1 Jan- 25 Apr 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Options 1 & 2: Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.

Options 3 & 4: Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 1pm.

City Room: Stay in a double or twin City Room.

Superior Room: Stay in a Castle View Superior Room. Rooms can be upgraded to Castle View Superior with a balcony for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Superior Room: Includes breakfast each morning. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with 2 adults or 3 children when sharing with one adult. An upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £40 per night. Children under 12 eat free for breakfast and dinner. Please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
