Questions and answers

I see the vouchers can only be used up until 5pm on Fridays, would we just have to be sat by 5pm or would we need to be paying before then?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm the last booking will be accepted at 5pm, subject to availability. Table will be required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

What to expect

  • £50, £75 or £100 voucher to spend on food

Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Jan 2023 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm and Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes 14 Feb, 19 Mar and 2 - 3 Apr 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Sun 23 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Telephone/online booking required.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Voucher spend valid on food only; menus can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes. 

No wheelchair access available. 

Children permitted until 9pm.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
