Questions and answers

The info on the left of the page says it is valid for 7 days in December.
The info on the right says it is valid June to August.
Which is correct ?

I can confirm this voucher is valid until Tue 14 Aug 2018, and can't be used in December.

Hello, I am hoping to get this for my brothers 12th birthday however he is not in Scotland until the 24th of August it says the voucher is only valid until the 14th of august. Is there any way to work around this? This would be much appreciated.

I'm really sorry, but I'm afraid this voucher can only be used until the 14th August 2018. We'll hopefully be able to offer you another similar but more suitable deal soon!

What to expect

Play an interactive escape game for up to six

Voucher is valid until from Wed 27 Jun 2018 until Tue 14 Aug 2018, Mon - Fri 3pm - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 9pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher cannot be refunded once booking is made with Clue HQ.

Members should arrive 10 minutes before start time.

Games will take place in Bunker 38.

Game is suitable for 3 - 6 people.

Duration approx. 1 hour.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 10+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access available.

Please note flashing lights are used in this game and on screens and cannot be switched off during the game; it is advised to contact Clue HQ if any of your party are sensitive to flashing lights before booking.

Smoke effects will be used as part of this game (as well as in the Clue HQ reception area). Smoke effects can be turned off inside the game upon request, but cannot guarantee a smoke effect-free environment due to other games taking place; Please discuss directly with Clue HQ.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
