Hello are buggies permitted/allowed in the palace?

I've double checked with Falkland Palace, but I'm afraid due to the number of stairs within the palace they do ask that buggies are left at reception.

Hi. After just purchasing a ticket for Falkland Palace I now realise it’s only valid from 1 May. We were actually hoping to visit this weekend (Saturday 27th) and I wonder if it would be possible to use the voucher then?

I'm afraid as this voucher is only valid from the 1st of May, it unfortunately couldn't be used this weekend. If this means your voucher is no longer suitable, please send us a wee email over at support@itison.com or call 0141 223 8843 and we'll cancel and refund the voucher for you.

Is it OK to buy the family ticket just for two adults, without any kids? (as it’s cheaper than 2 single adult tickets!)
