Voucher is valid until Fri 24 May 2019, on selected dates; subject to availability.

27 Feb: 9am - 12noon.

Available dates:
1, 2, 8, 9, 20, 21 Mar: 10am - 2pm and 4, 11, 13, 18, 23 Mar: 9am - 12noon.
10, 24, 29 Apr: 9am - 12noon and 12, 19, 26 Apr 10am - 2pm.
3, 11, 27, 24 May: 10am - 2pm and 8, 13, 22 May: 9am - 12noon.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Duration approx 1 hour (30 mins with nurse and 30 mins with doctor).

Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss any specific concerns with Cosmedicare directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
