While most of our getaway deals are for 2 people, the venues we work with are welcome to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable.

It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

Hi does this deal include two children free of charge under 12 years? Is there any extra cost for staying on a Saturday? Does the deal include £30 food voucher or do I need to add this on?

I am just wondering what the total cost would be to stay on a sat night with my husband and two children before I purchase the deal. Thank you

I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted; ages 12 and under stay free of charge, all meals to be charged as taken.

There is no extra cost for booking a Saturday, but please note these dates are subject to availability and often the most requested.

Option 2 for this deal is £99.00 and includes an overnight stay for two including £30 food and drink allowance, breakfast and late check-out.

  • Choice of Nov 2021 & Mar 2022 OR Apr & Oct 2022 stay

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022 and from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Mon 31 Oct 2022, 7 days.

Excludes 1 May - 30 Sep 2022.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 12 and under stay free, ages 12+ are classed as an adult. All meals to be charged as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking as limited.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
