Hi there, I would like to buy 3 vouchers as gifts. Is it possible for me to buy two and then by a separate single one? Also what does it mean only one voucher per table, when it talks about the afternoon tea? It would be myself and two friends having the afternoon tea so is that okay?

I'm afraid a maximum of 1 voucher can be used per table and as groups are not permitted, a booking for 3 people wouldn't be possible.

What to expect

  • Botanical Bliss spa day for one including 60 minute treatment package, face mask treatment, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and an eye roller and face mask to take home OR
  • Couple's Botanical Retreat spa day including 90 minute treatment package, face mask treatment, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and an eye roller and face mask each to take home

Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 1: Multiple voucher purchase permitted. Max of 2 per person. Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment and add on.

Option 2: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment, 30 minute treatment and add on each.

Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Max 1 vouchers per table. Please note groups are not permitted

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options.

Includes a G&T and 125ml glass of Prosecco .Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
