Do children go free with adults or for 2 adults and 2 children would I need to buy a 4 person ticket?

Everyone attending the tour will need their own ticket. Please just keep in mind that children under 18 are permitted on the tour only attending with and adult.

I booked the gin tour for a friend as a present but can’t seem to be able to put her name on the voucher. It is not for me and I won’t (sadly) be accompanying her. Do I forward the voucher electronically so she can book her tour?

Thanks for getting in touch!

You can gift your voucher from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

What to expect

Gin tour for two with welcome cocktail, G&T, samples of gin liqueur each and a dram of Battle Strength gin paired with locally crafted chocolates

Options 1 and 2: Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Dec 2019, valid 7 days at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm or 5:30pm; subject to availability.

Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 9 Aug 2019 until Fri 20 Dec 2019, valid 7 days at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm or 5:30pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Children under 18 permitted on tour with adult; over 18s only for tastings.

Duration approx. 1hr.

Max of 12 people per group. 

Meeting point: Stirling Distillery Ticket Office 15mins prior to tour time.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
