How do we book this deal? It states in the small print that it’s Online bookings only. Phone bookings will not be accepted, however when you go onto the Gin 71 website using the weblink you provided or go to their website direct and choose the Merchant City restaurant and book option, it states that itison bookings are not accepted via this facility, therefore it doesn’t seem to provide information on booking this offer.?

I can confirm once you've purchased a voucher, you'll be given a unique itison link to make your booking,
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Can you check availability for a date before purchase? Seems a bit odd to have to purchase the voucher before I can find this information out?

According to my bank statement, I have bought 2 vouchers for Gin 71 tasting menu but have have had no email sent confirming this. Can you help.
