Questions and answers

How do we book this deal? It states in the small print that it’s Online bookings only. Phone bookings will not be accepted, however when you go onto the Gin 71 website using the weblink you provided or go to their website direct and choose the Merchant City restaurant and book option, it states that itison bookings are not accepted via this facility, therefore it doesn’t seem to provide information on booking this offer.?

I can confirm once you've purchased a voucher, you'll be given a unique itison link to make your booking,

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Can you check availability for a date before purchase? Seems a bit odd to have to purchase the voucher before I can find this information out?

According to my bank statement, I have bought 2 vouchers for Gin 71 tasting menu but have have had no email sent confirming this. Can you help.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Sep 2021 until Sun 28 Nov 2021, Thu - Sun 5.30pm and 7.30pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mon - Wed.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Phone bookings will not be accepted.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.

Includes 5 courses from set menu. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Please note there is no vegan menu available.

Gin or wine pairings can be added for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable direct.

Includes 1 x 50ml measure of gin per person plus a choice of mixer and garnish. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
