Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jun until Fri 25 Aug 2023, valid on Fridays only for weekend stays; subject to availability.

Bookings can be changed up to 4 weeks prior to arrival; changes 2-4 weeks before arrival will incur a £40pp supplementary charge, payable direct. Bookings cannot be cancelled/changed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit of £50pp is required upon booking; payable directly.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Stay:

Valid for a glamping tent. Max of 4 occupants per tent in twin beds. Extra spaces can be added for a supplementary charge of £99pp for options 1&2 and £159 for options 3&4; payable directly.

No under 5 yr old are allowed to stay in the tents.

Bedding is provided. Towels and toiletries are not provided; please bring your own.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Late check-in/out will be charged at £10ph which will be deducted from deposit.

Guests are requested to keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm with no campfire or BBQ remaining lit beyond 11pm.

No wetsuits allowed in tents.

Reception area is open from 9am - 5pm.

Activities: 

Includes activities choosing from target sports, paddle sports (Paddle sports includes all 3 of Canoe, Kayak & Paddle Board) or climbing & abseiling. Max weight for climbing/abseiling 18stone.

Options 3 & 4: Includes an additional activity choosing from gorge walking, canyoning, quad biking or 4x4 driving.  

Activity duration between 1-2 hours per session and depending on group size.

Moderate level of fitness required.

Not suitable during pregnancy; please discuss any pre-existing health concerns or injuries when booking.

Clothing requirements will be confirmed in an email from Action Adventure Activities. Specialist equipment such as wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and other equipment will be provided.

No wheelchair access available. 

Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount. Paddle boarding is suitable for ages 5+. Children must be over 8 to take part in all other activities. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
