I have purchased this and submitted the booking request with the link provided on the voucher
. How soon will my booking be confirmed. The hotel have advised the dates are available prior to purchase.

Hi there, if i want to book particular dates only, do i buy the voucher first and then book on the hotel website - if this is the process and they have no availability - can i cancel my voucher and get a refund? iI wont be able to go on a different date. Thanks

Hi. Info says there is wheelchair access. Are there ground floor rooms? Hotel info states there is no lift. Want to take my mum who can't do stairs. Thanks.

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two with 3 course dinner on both nights, breakfast each morning and leisure access

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 2-4 Feb and 15-17 Apr 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Feature double/twin room available.

Includes a 3 course dinner on each night from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Please note, access to the leisure facilities is at Isles of Glencoe Hotel which is a 5 minute drive.

There are no family rooms available. Children may be permitted when sharing with an adult; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable direct to the hotel.

Wheelchair access available

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
