Can I purchase this for myself and also purchase one for my granddaughter who is 13 years old. I was told last year that children (of a certain age) can do this accompanied by an adult?

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted but I'm afraid this deal is only suitable for ages 16yrs+.

What to expect

  • Tree top challenge for one adult (age 16yrs+)

Voucher is valid from Sat 29 Feb 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020; subject to availability.

Excludes weekends in May.

Feb - Mar: Sat - Sun 10am - 3pm.

Apr and Jun - Dec: 7 days 10am - 3pm.

May: Sun - Fri 10am - 3pm.

Excludes 25 Dec 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Suitable for ages 16yrs+.

Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.

Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).

Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles. 

Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.

Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
