Hi if we purchase a 3 day voucher do we then contact hotel to book dates? I asked hotel and they said we have to book dates via ItIson so I’m a bit confused how we do this.

Hello there,

Hope you well. I did send you guys email regarding this voucher. I bought 3 Vouchers in total and 2 of them as a gift. I booked 2 for this Sunday but I couldn’t book the third one. Please can you look into it, as still waiting for reply as Sunday is approaching soon so we have to do some other arrangements if we will be not able to use the third voucher on Sunday.

When will I receive my voucher in order that I can make a booking?

If I book the dinner for £20 at Golf spa hotel in Nairn, is it a restricted menu or full menu choice.

I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted; under 3 years are free of charge and ages 3 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night; please pay directly with the hotel. You're also welcome to contact them on 01667 452301
if you'd like to discuss the possibility of adding your 15-year-old on.
