I can confirm option two includes a 30 minute facial and a 60 minute massage with a glass of prosecco.

Can you please tell me how much it would be for two for a 30 min facial and 60 minute massage for 2 on Saturday 7th December. Do we need to have any particular type of clothing?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm Option 3 is £249 for a spa day for two people with 90 minutes worth of facial and massage treatments each plus a glass of Prosecco.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm this voucher is valid until Wednesday 30th September 2020.

However, I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

What to expect

  • 30 min taster facial and a 30 minute massage for one with a glass of Prosecco OR
  • 30 min facial and a 60 min massage for one or two with a glass of Prosecco OR
  • 60 min facial and a 30 min massage for one or two with a glass of Prosecco

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days 10am - 9pm; subject to availability.

Please note a supplementary charge of £10pp applies for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings.

Excludes 25-26 Dec, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

Massage, use of sauna and steam room are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note only. A doctor's note is required for those with severe heart conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa when booking,

Option 1 duration: 30 min facial and 30 min massage.

Options 2 & 3 duration: Choice of either a 30min facial and a 60min massage or a 60min facial and a 30min massage.

Includes 2 hrs use of facilities: 12.5 metre pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
