Questions and answers

We have booked and paid for a meal at the Haar restaurant in St Andrews but have not received a voucher code. Since we need this to book a table could you confirm our booking and let us have the code as soon as you can.

I've had a look at your account and I'm afraid I can't see any completed orders. If you've placed an order and money has left your account, please call us on 0141 223 8843, and we'll be happy to look into this further for you.

Otherwise, if payment hasn't yet left your account, we'd recommend trying to purchase again.

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Sep 2022 until Thu 1 Dec 2022, Mon - Thu 5pm - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Credit card details may be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation; please note no charge will be made.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

7 course set tasting menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
