Voucher is valid from Thu 23 Sep 2021 until Thu 16 Dec 2021, Mon - Fri 2pm - 10pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Advance booking not required. Online registration must be completed and safety video watched by all participants before attending. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person. 

Suitable for ages 4+. Child vouchers are valid for under 18s. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. One adult may supervise up to 2 children if they are not climbing. Under 3s are not allowed to enter the climbing area for safety reasons.

Pass is valid for one day.

A reasonable level of fitness is required. Please disclose any relevant medical issues to staff on entry.

Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended. Climbing shoes can be hired at reception for £2.50.

No wheelchair access available. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
