Offer states "No gluten / wheat free options available". I contacted the hotel with regard to this offer, who apologised and said there are gluten-free options across all their restaurants. XXX was going to contact marketing to remedy. As this has still not been done, I am scared to purchase this offer for a gluten-free diner. Please advise.

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 6, 13, 15, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Dec 2019 and 31 Jan, 2, 7, 9, 13 - 14, 21, 28 Feb, 1 - 2, 6, 12 - 15, 19 - 20, 27, 29 - 30 Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room - £20, deluxe room - £30, suite - £50, Eden suite - £100; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 & 3: Include a 2 course dinner (choice of starter & main only) from set menu; subject to change. Option 3 is valid for dinner on the first night only. Vegetarian / gluten / wheat options are available on request.

Max of 2 children permitted; a supplementary charge of £25 per child is required which includes an upgrade to a family room, dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as age 15 and under.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if adapted room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
