Can I use the voucher for 1 person for 30th July to 2nd August?

Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people. You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

I'm afraid this offer excludes the 1st - 31st of August, so your stay couldn't include an overnight on the 1st of August.

  • Option to stay in June - July and September or August

Jun - July & Sept stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 25 Jun 2021 until Thu 23 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 27-28 Jul, 1-31 Aug, 3, 6-12, 14, 17-18 and 20 Sep 2021.

Aug stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Aug 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 3-4, 10-12, 14, 16-18, 20 and 25-28 Aug 2021. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Standard double or twin room available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double with a view £15, superior £30, deluxe double with a view £50, superior/premium with a view £30; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted in a family room; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and require a £20 supplementary to upgrade the room and include breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
