What to expect

2 nights glamping with late check out, a bottle of wine & chocolates

Voucher is valid from Wed 10 Oct 2018 until Thur 28 Mar 2019; valid Mon - Sat; subject to availability.

Excludes 13 - 17 Dec, 23 Dec - 3 Jan 2019 and 13 - 17 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, late check-out 1pm.

One large double bed provided and sofa bed in each pod; supplementary charge of £10 for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.

Pod facilities include an en-suite and a fully operational micro kitchen including Belfast sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, luxury ground coffee pods, dishes, pots and utensils.

Includes bedding, pillows and towels.

Includes electricity.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Hillside Havens; subject to availability.

Includes a bottle of wine and chocolates to share on arrival.

Max of 2 children ages 15 and under permitted; max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod.

Sacks of Firewood are available onsite for the Firepit/bbq at a cost of £7 per sack, this includes everything required to start the fire.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to Hillside Havens.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
