Questions and answers

Before I joined Itison, I saw this deal and there was an option to check the date was available before buying it. I don't see that now. I don't want to buy it unless it is definitely available as it's a leaving night for a friend, which has to be a specific date (1st June).

Also, when I click Buy Now, it looks like I would have to pay the full amount. But I'm sure I previously saw an option to pay a £5 deposit. Is that right? It's for almost 30 people so paying a deposit would be a lot easier now, securing the booking while still having some money to collect.

I'm afraid it's not possible to select a date as part of buying these vouchers, but if you'd like to check their availability before placing an order you're welcome to contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly and they'll be happy to discuss.

I'm afraid there's also not a deposit option on this deal.

What to expect

2 or 3 course meal for 10-50 people including half a bottle of wine each

Voucher is valid until Wed 27 Nov 2019, 7 days, 12noon – 10pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Min of 10 people and max of 50 people.

Option 1 includes 2 courses per person.

Option 2 includes 3 courses per person.

Set menu only; subject to change.

A pre-order is required in advance; please discuss directly with venue.

A supplementary charge of £6 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a half bottle of red or white house wine per person.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children are permitted and can be added as additional guests; children's menu is available for a supplementary charge; payable directly to venue.

Decorations for the room, including balloons, are welcome (within reason!).

A celebration cake can be arranged for a supplementary cost, or you can bring your own; please discuss directly with the venue.

Audio-visual equipment available; please discuss requirements directly with venue.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
