What would the position be if the Scottish Government put Glasgow into a full lockdown and hotels, bars and restaurants have to close?

Voucher states not exchangeable after booking.

Re other people asking about non refundable bookings. You advised them to get in touch direct with hotel, I have done this and they are passing it back to you. Can you please confirm it is safe to book in this current climate and not lose our money due to unforseen circumstances.

Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Friday stays and £55 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes 22 Dec 2020 - 15 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Front facing deluxe double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a two bed family room or suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner in Bo'Vine from the market menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for the following: steak - £7, cheese - £5; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 people per table. Vegetarian options are available. Tables may be required back after 1hr 45mins. 

No children permitted.

Max of 1 pet permitted for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Please note, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
