Are dogs allowed

I'm happy to let you know up to two dogs can stay for a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay, which is payable directly to the venue.

Please note that dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.

Do you have availability for 1st or 2nd august for 3/4 nights and what is the cost

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can also confirm that a three night stay for up to 4 in Wester Caiplich cottage with private hot tub is £499, and a three night stay for up to 6 in Easter Caiplich or Dalnaglar cottage with private hot tub costs £599.

2 night stay

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Thu 15 Dec 2022, valid Sun - Thu; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sat and 7 - 16 Oct 2022.

3 night stay

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Fri 16 Dec 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7 - 16 Oct 2022.

General

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with Dalnaglar Castle Estate, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Wester Caiplich sleeps up to 4 and has a mix of double and twin rooms.

Easter Caiplich and Dalnaglar Cottage sleep up to 6 and have a mix of double and twin rooms with a single room and a fold away bed.

All cottages have 2 shower rooms, private hot tub, kitchen facilities, central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

A security deposit of £150 is required; payable directly upon booking and will be refunded upon check-out. Please discuss directly.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £35 per dog per stay; payable directly. Dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
