Hi there, it says that no children are permitted, but we’ve stayed until his hotel before with our baby without an issue. She is 15 months old and co-sleeps so we would t need a cot or any extra space. Is this possible? Thanks!

I'm happy to let you know that a 1-night stay can be used on a Friday, and a 2-night stay can be used 7 days a week; subject to availability. Please note, a supplementary charge of £50 per room, per night is required for Friday & Saturday's.

I have an Itison voucher worth £89 could I use it for Thursday the 29th Sept. 2022 and pay the difference, thank you.

This voucher is valid until Sunday the 31st of July 2022, so I'm afraid can't be used past this date.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with late check-out

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jun 2022 until Sun 31 Jul 2022; subject to availability.

1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. A supplementary charge of £50prpn is required for Friday stays.

2 night stay: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £50prpn is required for Friday & Saturday stays.

All stays exclude 10-11 Jun, 8-9 and 22-23 Jul 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior or premium superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Please note that breakfast is not included.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
