Questions and answers

Restaurants in Scotland are closed. If I buy the voucher and the restaurants stay closed can it be used at a later date?

Thanks for getting in touch!

If the venue is unable to reopen before the 30th of November and you're unable to use your voucher as a result, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher.

What to expect

  • Any pizza, pasta or risotto for two with optional glass of Prosecco each at Il Pavone OR Nonna Gina's

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Mon - Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat 5pm - 9pm and Sun 12noon - 7pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Voucher must be presented on arrival or deal will not be honoured.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted: max of 2 per person.

Max 2 vouchers per table.

Choose a pizza, pasta or risotto only from a la carte menu. Il Pavone menu can be viewed here and Nonna Gina’s menu can be viewed here. Menus are subject to change.

A supplementary charge of £4 is required for all pizza, pasta and risotto dishes containing seafood and for Fettucine Della Strada; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 3 & 4: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
