I have 2 6yrs Can I buy two vouchers and use on same day and do they need to be accompanied by a adult to jump?

I can confirm multiple purchases are permitted and can be used on the same day, subject to availability.

This deal is suitable for ages 2+; under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arena, ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on site at all times and ages 12 – 18 years must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver but do not have to be accompanied. Adult spectators are free of charge.

Hi, my girls are both 8 yrs, when you say they have to be accompanied at ALL TIMES ON SITE, does that mean I need to pay for an adult ticket even although I won’t be jumping?

2 hour jump session for one

Voucher is valid from Mon 13 May 2019 until Thur 27 Jun 2019, Mon - Thur 10am - 8pm (last booking 6pm), Fri 10am - 7pm (last booking 5pm), Sat 6pm - 9pm (last booking 7pm), Sun 4pm - 8pm (last booking 6pm); subject to availability.

Excludes 24 & 27 May 2019 and all bank and school holidays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Valid for one session.

Duration approx. 2hrs.

Please note waiver must be filled out prior to your session.

Customers who require special assistance, are pregnant or who have pre-existing health conditions, please contact the venue directly prior to booking to discuss any requirements.

Suitable for ages 2+; under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arena, ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on site at all times and ages 12 – 18 years must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver but do not have to be accompanied.

Adult spectators are free of charge.

Max of 300 people per session.

Some areas within the arena require height restrictions.

Max weight: 125kg.

It is recommended that members wear comfortable clothes such as sportswear. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted.

It is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn. Grip socks can be purchased directly from the venue for £2. Members are welcome to bring their own if they have already purchased these previously.

Includes 20% off in the cafe for itison members.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
