You'll be able to make your booking online immediately after you order your voucher. If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi, I see there is mention of a £25admin fee. Is this only when cancelling or is it when booking. I'm wary of buying a gift for £29 if it then costs an extra £25 to use it.
