I’m happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Thursday 2nd January until Wednesday 1st April 2020, 7 days a week subject to availability and a supplement of £20 per room for Saturday night stays.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 and 3 include a £25 per person dinner allowance. Menus can be viewed here and are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s stay free in a cot or z bed, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted in limited pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel of requirements at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
