Our codes are sent out every half an hour, so you should have received an email with your voucher code at 3pm or 3.30pm. You can also find them by clicking My Itison and then My Vouchers on the top pink line.

Hi, I’ve been trying to order the Korean masks all day. I’ve tried on the app and on the website and every time I try to make a payment your system says their is an issue with it. It’s nothing to do with my bank as their part is going through fine.

Hi there I have bought 2 of the July edition vouchers for the Glow Setter box as a gift for my wife and when she put the codes in at the checkout it is saying that they are not valid. She has two vouchers to use. I have tried messaging the contact on Masktime.co.uk and I haven't had a response. How can I go about getting this sorted out? I have spent £20 and would like to receive what I have paid for. Thank you
