I have bought 2 vouchers for DBB . I've been on the phone for ages whilst reservation staff tried to book 2 rooms for me. Unfortunately they have said that only 1 room is available (on numerous date options in December). Can you please tell me what can be done in order to use both vouchers on the same night?!

I'm really sorry your preferred dates aren't available for 2 rooms. The venues we work with allocate a certain number of rooms to vouchers per night, and I'm afraid we're not able to add further availability to this.

If this means your vouchers are no longer suitable, just contact support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Leonardo Boutique Hotel.
The advert clearly states “Charming Country House next to City Centre and iconic attractions inc Scone Palace”. It’s 1 1/2 miles to the city centre and 3 miles to Scone Palace. Is this the norm with Itison? Misleading info?

I'm happy to confirm that Leonardo Boutique Hotel Huntingtower Perth is situated in Perth, approximately a 15-minute drive away from the city centre. Scone Palace is located just outside the city centre, and approximately an 18-minute drive away from the hotel.

Oct '22 & Mar '23 stays:

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct until Mon 31 Oct 2022 and from Wed 1 Mar until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 5-8 and 21-22 Oct 2022.

Nov - Dec '22 & Jan - Feb '23 stays:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov until Thu 22 Dec 2022 and from Tue 3 Jan until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 26 Nov, 3, 10, 17, 23-31 Dec 2022 and 1-2 Jan 2023.

General

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be amended; subject to availability.

Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 

Superior double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Dinner options: Includes a starter/main or main/dessert from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children under 12 permitted free of charge when using the sofa bed. Children dine on the same basis as adults.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
