Questions and answers

Hi. Says cupcake deal not valid on sun, mon and tues but last collection date for Christmas is 23rd (a mon). Is this correct? That’s when I’d want to collect if I bought voucher. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch!

Liggy's Cake Company have advised they're usually closed on Mondays but are opening their store on Monday the 23rd of December as a wee one-off, just to make sure people can collect their Christmas orders.

I'm afraid this deal excludes 24th December 2019 – 8th January 2020, so it won't be available on 29th December.

What to expect

  • 6 or 12 luxury cupcakes

Voucher is valid from Sat 9 Nov 2019 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Wed – Fri 10am – 5pm and Sat 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Please note; cakes are available for in-store collection only.

For orders, please specify which selection box is required - either Birthday or Chocolate box.

Personalisation options are available on Valentine’s and Mother’s Day options. Please discuss at time of ordering.

The final order date for Valentines (on the Fri 14 2020) will be the Wed 12th Feb 2020.

The final order date for Mother's Day will be Wed 18 Mar 2020 with orders to be collected on Friday 20 or Sat 21 Mar 2020.

Please note the decorations in the pictures are an accurate representation however some may vary slightly as each is a bespoke product. Neither decoration can be customised and it's the decoration listed you will receive.

No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options nor any other dietary alternatives are available.

Please note all cakes are baked on premises which contain nuts.

Cakes are best eaten 2/3 days from the date of collection.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
