Oct - Dec options: 

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jan - Mar options: 

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days.

Excludes 10-11 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023.(we don’t want you to miss out!).

General:

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Bookings are subject to availability.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable; dates can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double room available. Please note breakfast is not included.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family room (sleeps 4) for a supplementary charge of £30; payable direct. Travel cots are free.

No pets permitted. 

Two wheelchair accessible bedrooms available; please discuss directly.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
