Questions and answers

Will the paddle boards be supplied and will we receive the security deposit back at the end off the session?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm happy to let you know paddle boards will be supplied with this deal.

I can confirm chip and pin card is required for a security deposit of £25 which will be refunded at the end of the lesson on the return of equipment.

Hi, was looking to book this but it’s for 3 10 almost 11 yr olds and their parents. Boys can all swim very well. Can they still do it as it only says recommended for 12 and over.

This offer is suitable for ages over 12 years old, so I'm afraid it can't be used for children under 12.

What to expect

2 hour paddleboard session for one or two

OR

4 hour paddleboard session for one or two

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days, earliest booking 10am, and latest booking 6pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule is permitted 7 days before your booking.

Options 1 & 3 duration: approx 2hrs.

Options 2 & 4 duration: approx. 4hrs.

Multiple purchases permitted. 

Chip and pin card is required for security deposit of £25.

Photo ID must be presented on arrival.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time.

Participants must sign waiver.

Suitable for ages over 12, adult supervision required for under 18's.

Max of 6 people per group.

No height restrictions.

Participants must weigh less than 18 stone and be fully mobile.

No swimming experience needed, buoyancy aid supplied and must be worn.

Wet suit can be hired for supplementary fee of £2 per person; payable directly to Loch Lomond Leisure.

Shoes wearable in the water is recommended.

Essential kit needed: change of dry clothing, towel, second pair of shoes, such as flip flops or water shoes, midge spray.

Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
