3 en suite bathroom it is there a general bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms ?

Hi looks lovely, we wouldn’t be needing occupancy for 10, only 4 so 3 bedrooms with 2 very well behaved furries, could there be any movement of cost for minimal occupancy?
Also, how close is this lovely place to the water?

How many bedrooms in total and is there a bedroom on the ground floor?

I can confirm there are five bedrooms in total: three large ensuite double rooms, one single room with bunk beds and one large twin room.

I'm also happy to confirm that there are bedrooms situated on the ground floor.

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability

Excludes 4-5, 18-20 Nov, 23-27 & 29-31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan and 1 - 4 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

5 bedroom house: 3 large ensuite double rooms, 1 single room with bunk beds and 1 large twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children permitted; 1 highchair and 1 travel cot are available.

Pets are permitted; please discuss with the property if you have a query about your pet.

No wheelchair access available

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
