I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 2 children are permitted; ages 5 and under stay free of charge including breakfast. Make sure to mention when booking.

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, valid 7 days; subject to availability. This isn't correct it then states Excludes 8 - 31 Jan; 10-11 and 17-18 Feb 2023. Dec worded similarly.

I'm happy to confirm the January to March voucher options are valid to use 7 days a week, but there are some excluded dates, as noted in the Small Print prior to purchase.

Hi, Wallis has just answered my question asking if two dogs are allowed in a room by copying what I could already read in the information, that dogs are allowed in certain rooms for an additional £20. This doesn't answer if 2 dogs are allowed, so can you please tell me if two dogs are allowed per room?

Nov - Dec stays: 

Voucher is valid from Sun 30 Oct 2022 until Thu 22 Dec 2022, Wed - Sat; subject to availability.

Excludes 17 Dec 2022 and Sun - Tue throughout Nov & Dec. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Dec  2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Jan - Mar stays: 

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, valid Jan Wed-Sat and Feb-Mar valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 10-11 and 17-18 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2023 we don’t want you to miss out!). 

General: 

A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded or extended for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Activity options: Includes a choice of activity each choosing from indoor court hire (1hr). climbing & traversing wall (1hr) or mountain bike hire (half day). Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Activities must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Activity can be upgraded to electric bike hire for a supplementary charge of £10pp; payable directly.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free of charge including breakfast, ages 6 - 15 require a supplementary charge of £20 staying on a BB basis with all other meals paid for as taken. Requires an upgrade to a family room (sleeps 2 adults, 2 children) for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly. Ages 16 and over are classed as adults.

Dogs are permitted in limited number of pet friendly rooms for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
