I bought 2 of these last year and the hotel arranged a adjoining rooms which was perfect for us and our teens! Bit nervous about buying 2 x 2 night stays and booking online though. What do I do if this room option isn’t available online as an option? Can I just call and book with hotel? Much prefer to deal with a person

I'm afraid we're not offering a voucher for a 2 night stay without dinner, but our voucher for a 2 night stay for two in a view room with 3 course dinner on the first night, breakfast and leisure access is £394.

Alternatively, you're welcome to buy two of our vouchers for a one night stay for two in a Fairmont view or Fairmont double double room plus breakfast and leisure access. These vouchers are £169 each.

I have purchased a dinner bed and breakfast from itison and have been told it cheaper to Book this offer on the hotel website - I am booked in this Sunday and the quoted price on the hotel website is £219 and I have paid £225.

I would like to change my voucher to the afternoon tea voucher. I would then require a £20 refund from itison. Can you let me know if this can be done?

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 2, 3, 6 – 8, 10, 26, 29 – 31 Oct; 18, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28 Nov and 4 & 5 Dec 2019.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Option 4: Dinner is on the first night only.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; up to 5 years go free, 6 – 18 years require a supplementary charge of £40 per night including breakfast or a £10 supplementary charge when staying in a double double room with no extra beds.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
