Hi I hope to share a short break, with my 11 yr old daughter before she starts secondary school! We would love a break with a hot tub. I was looking at Morpeth, however we would consider other areas, also perhaps a mini golf course / segway hire activities and entertainment would be a real treat ! Breakfast and dinner would give me a good rest ! ( recovery from an operation).

Hi,

Would the voucher be available for a 4 night mid-week break booking for checking in on Monday 21st Feb 22?

It states all options exclude 11 - 28 Feb 22. Can it be bought with a refund made available if the date I need is unavailable?

3 night weekend: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Sep 2021 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, valid for Friday check-ins only. Excludes Sat - Thu.

4 night midweek: Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Sep 2021 until Mon 28 Mar 2022, valid for Monday check-ins only. Excludes Tue - Sun.

7 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Sep 2021 until Mon 28 Mar 2022, valid for Monday or Friday check-ins only. Excludes Sat - Sun and Tue - Thu.

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions based on Covid guidelines.

All options exclude 22 - 31 Oct 2021, 17 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022 and 11 - 28 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Cabin with one double and one twin room.

Towels and linen are provided.

A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly at the time of booking. Please discuss directly.

2 well behaved dogs are permitted free of charge. Any more than 2 dogs incur a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
