Hi, I’m trying to purchase a voucher for spa day for 2 at Stirling Highland Hotel Total £79. I have credit for £178. When I try to use the credit it it looks as if it is deducting the whole £178 and not £79. Can you confirm it will only take £79 from the £178?

Your credit can be used across multiple orders until it either runs out or expires, whichever happens first, so if you don’t use the full balance in one go here the remainder will indeed stay valid for your next order.

Spa day for one or two with 2 x 25 minute treatments or 1 x 55 minute treatment each, 2 course lunch, 1 hour use of the facilities and robes and slippers

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 7 - 25 Apr 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 30 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a choice of 2 x 25 minute treatments each from: back, neck & shoulder massage, tranquility scalp massage, express manicure or pedicure OR a choice of 1 x 55 minute treatments from: deluxe or gel manicure or pedicure; subject to change.

Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes 1 hour of access to facilities before or after treatments; 17 meter indoor swimming pool and soothing spa pool.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes 2 course lunch with a choice of light bite and main or main and dessert. Excludes sandwiches and steak. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
