Treehouse for up to seven ?? Are teens allowed in this deal? in overall headcount? So can 2 adults, 2 teenagers ( 14 &16 ) and 2 children under 12 allowed to stay in the treehouse? thanks.

Treehouses can accommodate 5 adults and up to 2 children; includes 2 double beds and 1 single bed above plus an extra double pull out sofa bed.

A max of 2 children aged 12 and under are permitted; children are included in the overall headcount. If requiring a travel cot, please request at the time of booking.

Hello. What happens if I book and get a date with the venue, and then I can’t travel due to restrictions of CV19? I read your short statement about it but I’ am not sure what it means if I have not only bought the voucher but booked the date with the venue. thanks

I was wishing to book this for 4 adults, 3 children and a baby aged 2 who would sleep in a travel cot. Is this acceptable. I understand that it states a maximum of 7! Thanks in advance.

What to expect

  • 4 night midweek stay in a luxury treehouse for up to seven with a bottle of fizz on arrival

Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Jan 2020 until Mon 26 Oct 2020, Mon - Fri stays only; subject to availability.

Excludes 6 - 19 Apr, 25 - 31 May, 28 Jun - 30 Aug 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

Once booked with Harvest Moon, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple purchases not permitted.

Check-in on Mon between 4pm - 6pm; check-out on Fri 10.30am.

Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Harvest Moon Holidays.

Treehouse can accommodate 5 adults and up to 2 children; includes 2 double beds and 1 single bed above plus an extra double pull out sofa bed.

Any additional adults are charged £20 per person; payable directly to Harvest Moon Holidays.

Max of 2 children aged 12 and under; children included in overall headcount. If requiring a travel cot, please request at time of booking.

No dining facilities onsite.

A supplementary charge is required for the following; £15 per night - outdoor campfire cooking pot plus utensils, wood and fire-pit; £10 per stay – a chicken coop with 1 hen; £5 per package – towel package incl. 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel; £15 – high chair; £15 – travel cot; £20 - package deal for both high chair and travel cot; payable directly to Harvest Moon. All add-ons must be pre-booked at the time of reservation so suitable arrangements can be made.

All bedding and wood provided.

Limited electricity in treehouse; no wifi available.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

No hen or stag parties.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
