Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Macdonald Crutherland House Hotel directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

When I go to buy the voucher it says afternoon tea and leisure access but in the description it offers a choice of afternoon tea or 2 treatments for £49 . ? I want to make sure that the treatments are included in this voucher.

I'm happy to let you know Option 1 includes Afternoon tea and leisure access for two and costs £49.

Option 2 includes 2 x 25 minute treatments each and leisure access for two costing £125.

I'm interested in this but more so for my partner. Would it be possible rather than 2x 25m treatments each to forfeit my treatments and my partner can have 2x 50m treatments?

I'm happy to let you know this deal includes 2 x 25 minute treatments per person which can be swapped to 1 x 55 minute treatment each.

Whilst most of our vouchers are for two people, you're welcome to contact Macdonald Crutherland Hotel directly to discuss the possibility of using this voucher for single occupancy and they'll be happy to advise.

Just keep in mind that no further discount can be applied.

Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Aug 2023, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking

Treatments:

Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. Guests may not receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.

 Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any of the following: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.
