It says dinner can be included with a voucher for £25pp but they are just adding £50 to the offer, so basically its not an offer ??

Hi. Can you advise that if we had to cancel booked voucher due to ill health of one of the room occupants within 48 hours would we be able to do so? We would be booking 3 rooms as part of a celebration. Thanks

We want to include child so just checking that as they are under 12 this is free as per small print and how / when do we inform hotel? Also when does deal end?

I can confirm a maximum of 2 children are permitted, and children aged up to 12 stay free of charge including breakfast. Dinner is charged as taken and is payable directly to the hotel.

I'm happy to let you know this voucher is valid Tuesday the 31st of March 2020, 7 days a week; subject to availability. Please note the voucher excludes the 11th – 15th of September, the 24th - 26th and 31st of December 2019, and the 1st of January 2020.

A supplementary charge is required between the 1st of September to the 5th of October for weekend stays; Friday stays - £40, Saturday stays - £60; and then from the 6th of October to the 31st of March; Friday stays - £10, Saturday stays - £30; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 11 – 15 Sep, 24-26, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.

A supplementary charge is required between 1 Sep - 5 Oct; Fri stays - £40, Sat stays - £60 and then from 6 Oct - 31 Mar; Fri stays - £10, Sat stays - £30; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Classic double or twin room available. 

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Members will be offered 20% off room upgrades, subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 4 includes a 25min spa treatment each choosing from: Elemis superfood pro-radiance, Elemis freestyle deep tissue massage, Elemis deeper than deep hot stone massage, Elemis intensely cleansing salt scrub or Elemis best foot forward treatment. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability. Over 16s to receive treatment. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers & those in remission. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Options 2, 3 and 4 include a bottle of Prosecco and a £25 dinner allowance each for Rafters Bar & Bistro or Garden Restaurant; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Options 3 and 4: Dinner is on the first night only.

Free onsite parking available.
