I am pregnant and noticed I would be excluded from getting the 20minute treatment, is this an insurance issue as usually treatments can be altered to be safe for pregnancy after 12weeks. Would my partner be entitled to a 40mins treatment if I cannot use my treatment.

If you get in touch with MacLeod House directly on 01358 743300, they'll be able to advise if the treatment can be altered, or if your husband can receive both treatments.

If the voucher is no longer suitable, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi is the outdoor hot tub a communal one or are there ones for each room? Description just says use of the hot tub.

I can confirm the hot tub is for communal use, but you'll be able to book your time slot when you check in. A maximum of 6 people are permitted at a time.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a superior room with full Scottish breakfast, sharing platter, bottle of wine on arrival and use of hot tub

Luxury spa break for two including choice of treatment, 2 course dinner, sharing platter, glass of fizz on arrival, breakfast and use of hot tub with robes and slippers

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun 2019 until Sun 29 Sept 2019, valid Wed - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and Tuesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin superior queen room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: includes bottle of house wine.

Option 2: includes a glass of fizz on arrival and 2 course dinner at the Dunes Restaurant from set menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2: includes 20 min treatment choosing from back massage, express facial or rebalancing scalp massage. Over 18s only. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
