Hello, I booked and paid for a voucher but it has since expired. I was unable to book in the small window due to work and childcare commitments- I hadn’t realised the window was so small

I'm afraid once a voucher has expired it can sadly no longer be used.

Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, Wed - Fri and Sun 12noon - 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon, Tue & Sat.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Burgers and main courses only from the main menu; subject to change.

Please note that chips and sides are not included.

Includes a pint of Fosters or a 175ml glass of house wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

Table required back after 1.5 hours.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
