I’ve just called the hotel direct to check availability prior to purchasing a voucher for a hotel deal. The hotel explained yes they had availability for the date required but it would cost more than the voucher price and that I shouldn’t book a room through a 3rd party meaning yourselves. I’m a bit confused to the process of how I would make a booking after buying the voucher as the hotel didn’t have a clue! Its a birthday present so wanted to get everything sorted soon. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted but I'm afraid they cannot be used on consecutive nights. You're welcome to contact the Hotel Indigo Newcastle directly on 0191 300 9222 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding an extra night and they'll be happy to advise.

Choice of stay:
- Thursday, Friday or Sunday
- Monday - Wednesday
- Saturday

Thur, Fri or Sun voucher is valid from Thur 6 Jun 2019 until Fri 30 Aug 2019, Thur, Fri & Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Wed & Sat, 4 Jul 2019.

Mon - Wed voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun 2019 until Wed 28 Aug 2019, Mon – Wed only; subject to availability. Excludes Thur - Sun, 2-3 Jul 2019.

Sat voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun 2019 until Sat 31 Aug 2019, Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
